New to Dubai and totally lost about where to take my car for basic stuff

I'm hoping some of you who have been living here longer can help me out because I feel completely lost and I don't want to make a stupid mistake. I moved to Dubai about three months ago from Canada and I brought my 2018 Nissan Altima with me, which has been a great car honestly no major issues at all. But now the time has come for an oil change and just a general check up because I've already put almost 5000 kilometres on it since I arrived, driving back and forth between Dubai and Abu Dhabi for work. Back home I had a regular mechanic that I trusted for years and I never had to think about where to go, but here I have no idea what the normal prices are or which garages are honest and which ones will try to overcharge me because I sound like I don't know what I'm talking about. I've asked a few colleagues at work and everyone gives me a different answer, some say go to the dealership which is expensive but safe, others say any petrol station workshop is fine for basic stuff, and a couple of people told me to just go online and check https://800sayara.com/ because they have listings and information that can help me figure out what my options are. To be honest I'm not even sure what a fair price is for an oil change here or what kind of oil my car needs in this heat because it's so much hotter than what I'm used to back in Canada. Do you guys usually go to the same garage for everything or do you have different places for different services? And how do you know if a mechanic is actually good or if they're just going to find problems that don't exist to make more money? I really don't want to get ripped off on my first service here but I also don't want to neglect my car and end up with bigger problems later. Any advice for a newcomer would be seriously appreciated. Thanks so much.
