Analyzing Boxing Training Data with a Graphical Calculator

I’ve started recording my training stats like rounds completed, punch count, and conditioning time. Using a graphical calculator to plot this data helps me see patterns and areas that need work.

It’s easier to compare weeks and track progress when the numbers are shown as graphs.

Does anyone else here use graphs to monitor training performance?

What stats do you think are most important to track for real improvement

Hi,

Linear regression is especially useful for spotting stamina decline over multiple sessions. What helps is converting raw numbers into quick percentages before graphing. For example, accuracy = landed punches ÷ total thrown × 100. I sometimes run those quick conversions through  just to avoid calculation slips and keep comparisons consistent https://easygradecalculators.com/ .
